6. Payment Terms

For paid services and product purchases:

• Payment terms for digital solutions and consulting will be defined in the project agreement
• Gadget purchases require payment in full at the time of order
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice
• Refunds for digital services are subject to the terms in the relevant project agreement
• Gadget returns and refunds are subject to our returns policy

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our website and services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to Prodbuild in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
